OUR PROCESS
At LIFT Performance, we provide athletes with the tools and guidance to realize their potential. We believe that hard work and having a plan are requirements for achieving excellence. You cannot freestyle your way to the top. Only when a plan is put in place and is executed with vigorous intent are the desired results guaranteed.
We provide the plan. You provide the action.
We lead every athlete through our results-driven process that has changed the lives of countless ballplayers by getting them bigger, faster, stronger, and ultimately getting them noticed.
-
STEP 1 : GET ASSESSED
Rather than throw you directly into the fire on day one, we take you through a comprehensive postural and movement assessment. By the time the assessment is finished, we would have gathered critical data about you as an athlete and as a personality. All of which gives us a distinct advantage in providing you with the exact training approach and coaching needed to maximize your training experience.
-
STEP 2 : TRIAL SESSION
Before you make any long-term commitments, we offer a trial where we can determine whether we’re the right fit for one another. This gives the athlete the opportunity to become immersed in the LIFT culture and training environment. If the athlete and coach find they’re both ready to take things to the next level, all that remains is to make the commitment.
-
STEP 3 : GET TO WORK
When the commitment is made and you’ve begun taking responsibility for your development, you’ve only just begun. Effort, consistency, and focus are required to actually make the physical and mental adaptations to elevate your game. This is what we call trusting the process. Throughout your entire journey, you’ll have the full support and backing of the LIFT Team. Your success is our top priority.
RESULTS
We don’t just say athletes will improve with us - WE PROVE IT.
TRAIN ONLINE
Have LIFT programs delivered directly to your phone via the LIFT Training App.
Throughout the time athletes train with us, we collect data on:
10, 40, & 60 Yard Dash
Body Weight
Medicine Ball Power Drills
Throwing Velocity
Exit Velocity
Upper & Lower Body Strength
Every cycle of the seasons (12 weeks), we re-assess our athlete’s performance metrics. We collect videos and track data on the above metrics and share them with our athletes to PROVE that the work they’re putting in is paying off. The most important person that needs to see the results is the athlete. Nothing matches when they can prove they have what it takes to do it THEMSELVES.
ABOUT ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our athletic performance training is delivered in a small group setting with a maximum of 8 athletes per session. Depending on the time of year, our sessions range from 45-75 minutes.
At the beginning of each session, we provide detailed demonstrations of each exercise to prepare our athletes to perform every exercise with the proper technique and know where they should feel each movement.
This leads to our dynamic warm-up that improves athletes’ posture, flexibility, and mobility as well as warming up the muscles and nervous system.
Following the warm-up, each athlete will pair up in groups of 2-3 and begin the workout. Each workout is designed, at varying degrees, to build strength, develop power and speed, enhance coordination, and increase joint and tissue resiliency. Each exercise is specific to enhancing performance within their sport.
Wrapping up, we cool down to down-regulate the athletes’ nervous systems and have them leave calm and relaxed. This optimizes the athletes’ post-workout recovery period so they’re fresh and ready for what comes next, dominating on the field.
“Achieve Real, Fast Results In A Dynamic and Competitive Environment.”
MAICO CARDONA
Division I Athlete
“I can’t say enough about the Clark brothers and LIFT Performance. They taught me everything I know about lifting and getting stronger. Through LIFT Performance and the motivation they gave me, I was able to lose around 40 pounds and transform my body. With this, I was able to commit to the University of UMass Lowell, where I will pursue my dream of playing division I baseball. If you have the opportunity to workout at LIFT, take it, there aren’t trainers like this everywhere!”
CODY COLON
Division II Athlete
“I’m extremely grateful for what the guys at LIFT have done for me. The structure and program they provide for you produce positive results, especially when you’re all in. I had trouble gaining weight, and I know that’s a problem many players struggle with. When I got to LIFT, I gained 25 pounds and followed up with the best season of my career, all thanks to the guidance they provided me. If you are a baseball player, or any athlete trying to play at the collegiate level and beyond, this is the place to be.”

IT’S MORE THAN A PHYSICAL TRANSFORMATION
Invariably, athletes are after the physical transformations that will propel them towards a better performance on the diamond and attract more favorable attention. However, what most athletes looking in don’t realize is that the transformation in their mindset and confidence has an unequivocal effect on their performance as well.
What athletes come to realize is that LIFT Performance is bigger than a gym, it’s a culture and community that ignites self-growth and implants the fierce desire to excel.

In general yes. The best route for anyone with serious injuries is to be upfront with all information such as PT notes, MRIs, etc., and share a detailed history of pain or injury when filling out our health intake form. In the case that we feel we’re not the right fit, we will absolutely tell you and either advise or refer you to an alternative source for help.

Baseball is a highly competitive sport, and it’s only going to become more competitive. The truth of the matter is that bigger, faster, and stronger athletes are better performers 9/10. Nowadays, athletes can’t afford to miss any opportunities to improve themselves, and training in the gym is one of the biggest differentiators.

Our athlete performance classes are geared toward high school and collegiate athletes. There have been many times we’ve worked with middle schoolers who are “mature for their age,” though those are the exceptions. If your son is interested in training with us but may not fit into our group classes, they may be a great fit for our Intermediate Development Program.

We put a heavy emphasis on nutrition with all our athletes. Proper nutrition is often an undervalued and underappreciated aspect of an athlete’s physical development and mental health.
We also host Nutrition Seminars throughout the year to deep dive and interact with our athletes in a focused environment and Nutrition Coaching for those needing extra help.
