VELOCITY CODE

The Velocity Code brings pro-level training to young and hungry ballplayers.

The program focuses on increasing throwing velocity, hitting velocity, and sprint speed - and it does this by applying time-tested strength training and sport-specific principles.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training sessions last between 60-75 minutes.

MONDAY: High CNS

TUESDAY: Low CNS

WEDNESDAY: Rest

THURSDAY: High CNS

FRIDAY: Low CNS

SATURDAY: Rest

SUNDAY: Rest

* High CNS refers to high output, high speed effort (Ex. heavy lifting, sprints)

* Low CNS refers to lower output, muscle building focused

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

To get the most out of the Velocity Code Program, we recommend you have access to the following equipment:

+ Barbell / Trap Bar

+ Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells

+ Bench

+ Pull-Up Bar

+ Cables and/or Resistance Bands

+ Suspension Trainer

+ Medicine Balls
