STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH

Straight Up Strength is designed for beginner to intermediate lifters who want to learn the fundamentals of effective weight training and functional fitness.

The program introduces the Big 3 strength lifts (Barbell Squat, Bench, and Deadlift) in combination with muscle-building, conditioning, and core-based training.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training sessions last between 45-60 minutes.

MONDAY: Full-Body

TUESDAY: Conditioning

WEDNESDAY: Full-Body

THURSDAY: Conditioning

FRIDAY: Full-Body

SATURDAY: Rest

SUNDAY: Rest

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

To get the most out of the Straight Up Strength Program, we recommend you have access to the following equipment:

+ Barbell / Trap Bar

+ Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells

+ Bench

+ Cables and/or Resistance Bands

+ Cardio Equipment (Bike, Rower, Ski Erg)

+ Suspension Trainer

+ Medicine Balls
