STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH
Straight Up Strength is designed for beginner to intermediate lifters who want to learn the fundamentals of effective weight training and functional fitness.
The program introduces the essentials of strength training in combination with muscle-building, conditioning, and core-based training.
Minimal equipment, maximum benefit.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
Training sessions last ~ 45-60 minutes.
MONDAY: Full-Body
TUESDAY: Conditioning
WEDNESDAY: Full-Body
THURSDAY: Conditioning
FRIDAY: Full-Body
SATURDAY: Rest
SUNDAY: Rest
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
To get the most out of the Straight Up Strength Program, we recommend you have access to the following equipment:

+ Bench
+ Cables and/or Resistance Bands
+ Medicine Balls
