PRIME PERFORMANCE

Prime Performance, our flagship program, will teach you that you don’t need to sacrifice health for performance. The combination of strength, power, conditioning, mobility, and recovery methods will unlock your physical potential. No more guessing, only good ol’ hard work. 

This 12-week program is divided into four 3-week phases. Each 3-week block is progressive in nature, meaning each week, you will be called to outperform the week prior. This will challenge your physical and mental capacity in ways they haven’t ever been before.

As a result, you will learn how to train harder and smarter by utilizing this program. Watch yourself as you shatter your beliefs about what you thought was possible.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training sessions last between 60-90 minutes.

MONDAY: Lower Body

TUESDAY: Aerobic Conditioning

WEDNESDAY: Upper Body

THURSDAY: Anaerobic Conditioning

FRIDAY: Lower Body

SATURDAY: Upper Body

SUNDAY: Rest
