LIVING LEAN
The Living Lean Program is built from the ground up using only the most essential and effective training methods. It combines strength training via the Big 3 (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) and beginner to advanced muscle-building exercises to sculpt your body into its best shape.
In addition, you’ll choose your own variety of conditioning each week - whether that be running, cycling, circuits, use of cardio equipment, or any combination of the above.
This program is for anyone wanting to bring their fitness performance and look to the next level.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
Training sessions last between 60-75 minutes.
MONDAY: Lower Body
TUESDAY: Upper Body
WEDNESDAY: Conditioning
THURSDAY: Lower Body
FRIDAY: Upper Body
SATURDAY: Conditioning
SUNDAY: Rest
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
To get the most out of the Living Lean Program, we recommend you have access to the following equipment:
+ Barbell / Trap Bar
+ Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells
+ Bench
+ Pull-Up Bar
+ Cables and/or Resistance Bands
+ Cardio Equipment (Bike, Rower, Ski Erg)
+ Suspension Trainer
+ Medicine Balls
