Performance: At least 30 minutes of movement. Whether it's the weights, yoga, or the treadmill - get your body moving.

Physical: 10k steps per day. It's winter but it's not Alaska. Carve out time to give your body its best medicine - movement!

Mindset: 5 minutes of distraction-free alone time. Sit in silence, journal, reflect - take an inventory.

Personal: 30 minutes of learning, reading, skill-building, or engaging in a passion of yours. Make time for what fires you up.

Social: Think about something small that you enjoy, then turn around and share that with someone else. Love when someone asks you a question? Ask one. Love it when a friend randomly calls? Make a call. Love it when someone compliments you? Share a compliment. It all matters.

CLASSES FIT FOR YOU

  • Every member at LIFT signs up for a class online after their complimentary consultation and movement assessment. There are no walk-ins.

    Our strength and conditioning program delivers an all-encompassing approach to fitness. We understand fitness and health can't be achieved by a single means alone, which is why we offer the complete package.

  • Each class will begin with a full body warm-up followed by a strength & conditioning workout. Each class is led by a coach and runs 45 minutes.
