CLASSES FIT FOR YOU

  • Every member at LIFT signs up for a class online after their free consultation. There are no walk-ins.

    Our strength and conditioning program delivers an all-encompassing approach to fitness. We understand fitness and health can't be achieved by a single means alone, which is why we offer the complete package.

  • Each class will begin with a full body warm-up followed by a strength or conditioning workout. Each class is led by a coach and will run for 45 minutes.

  • Full-body progressive strength programs are designed to not only improve your strength and physique but also simultaneously improve your range of motion and movement quality.

    We track your metrics to ensure your continued progress and challenge you to overcome your physical and mental hurdles, ultimately leading to more confidence and satisfaction.

  • Conditioning develops a robust cardiovascular system and promotes muscular endurance.
