IS THERE A CONTRACT OR COMMITMENT?
Nope. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We believe you should stay because it works—not because you're locked in.
WHAT DOES THE FREE ASSESSMENT INCLUDE?
Our free 20-minute assessment is a personalized starting point. We take the time to understand your movement, goals, and training history. From there, we build a custom program tailored specifically to you. It’s a $50 value, and it’s 100% free.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE FREE ASSESSMENT?
After your free 20-minute assessment, we build a custom training plan based on your goals, movement patterns, and schedule. From there, you’ll start your 7-day free trial—a full week of training, totally on us.
You’ll experience the coaching, the atmosphere, and the structure that sets LIFT apart. There’s no pressure to commit—just a chance to see if this is the right fit for you. If it is, we’ll talk next steps and get you started on a month-to-month membership.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZED TRAINING?
Yes. Every member receives a program that is customized to their needs based on their initial assessment. We don’t do cookie-cutter programs—your workouts are built for your body, goals, and schedule. Our coaches monitor your progress and adjust as needed.
